LARGE PRIZE: Total of 2 winners. Each winner wins 144 bottles of Vivazen for 20 years. 1 box (144 bottles) will be mailed within 1 month of winning. During following 4 years, 1 box (144 bottles) will be mailed within first week of the year. On the 5th year, 15 boxes (2,160 bottles) will be mailed.
SMALL PRIZES: Total of 15 winners. Each winner wins 1 display (12 bottles) of Vivazen. 5 winners announced on March 31, April 30 and May 29 respectively.

In the event that the Contest is cancelled due to computer virus, bugs or tampering, technical failure or other hardware or software issues the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way, without advance notice.
Release: Prior to receiving any prize, the winner will be required to answer a skill testing question and sign a form releasing the Contest Sponsor(s) of all liability, confirming compliance with these Rules and consenting to the use of his or her name, without any further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor(s) and/or their advertising and promotional agencies.
Publication: The Contest Sponsor reserves the non-exclusive right to publish any entry, the winner’s first
name, last initial and city as it relates to the promotion of this contest.
