VIVAZEN Sweepstakes – Official Summary

These terms and conditions govern the VIVAZEN Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and shall only be open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes, and a purchase will not increase the chances of winning the Sweepstakes. You must reside in a state where the purchase, sale, and transfer of kratom and kava is legal. Employees of the VZ Distribution, LLC (“VIVAZEN”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions and the Sweepstakes are void where prohibited, including but not limited to, RI, IN, WI, AR, AL, LA, and VT.

Agreement to Rules:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You” or “Contestant”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of VZ Distribution, LLC d.b.a. “Vivazen” as final and binding. 

Promotion Period:
The Sweepstakes begin on May 5 and end on June 5 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter:
Throughout the Promotion Period, Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the VIVAZEN survey through one of the following methods:

  • Scanning the QR code provided and submitting the survey, or

  • Following VIVAZEN on Instagram and completing the survey via the prompt provided there

Participants are limited to one entry per person unless otherwise specified.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $250 USD Visa Gift Card (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law and with the prior written agreement of VIVAZEN.

Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place shortly before the end of the Promotion Period on June 5. The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes. Within five (5) business days following the selection of each Winner, VIVAZEN will provide each Winner with a notice (i) confirming they have won the Prize; and (ii) disclosing a statement of odds in Arabic numerals including (X) a ratio of the number of Prizes to be distributed compared to the number of total eligible entrants in the Sweepstakes and (Y) a ratio of the number of Prizes to be distributed compared to the number of total Winners. 

General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. VIVAZEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
