We're looking for creators to try VIVAZEN Energy + Focus and share their authentic experience with their community. If it's a good fit, you'll also have the opportunity to become a long-term VIVAZEN Affiliate and earn commissions on every qualifying sale.

Campaign Details

What You'll Do

✔ Try VIVAZEN Energy + Focus for 3 consecutive days

✔ Incorporate it into your normal morning routine in place of (or alongside) your usual coffee or energy drink

✔ Create 1 Instagram Reel sharing your honest experience

✔ Submit your Reel to VIVAZEN for approval before posting

✔ Post within 7 days of receiving your product

✔ Invite @getvivazen as a collaborator on Instagram

VIVAZEN Creator Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have an active public social media account.
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information.

Campaign Requirements

Creators agree to:

  • Use VIVAZEN Energy + Focus for three (3) consecutive days.
  • Create one original Instagram Reel sharing their authentic experience.
  • Submit all content to VIVAZEN before publishing.
  • Publish only after written approval has been received.
  • Post within seven (7) days of receiving the product unless otherwise approved.
  • Invite @getvivazen as a collaborator.
  • Keep the post live for at least ninety (90) days.

FTC Disclosure

Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with VIVAZEN.

Acceptable disclosures include:

  • Paid Partnership with VIVAZEN
  • #ad
  • #sponsored

Disclosures should appear near the beginning of the caption.

FDA Disclaimer

The following disclaimer must appear at the end of every caption:

Product Claims

Creators may not:

  • State or imply the product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease.
  • Compare the product to prescription or over-the-counter medications.
  • Claim FDA approval.
  • Guarantee results.
  • Make misleading or unsupported health claims.

Content should reflect only the creator's honest experience.

Approval Process

All content must be submitted to VIVAZEN before posting.

VIVAZEN may request edits for compliance with brand, FTC, or FDA requirements.

Posting before approval may result in cancellation of compensation.

Compensation

Campaign compensation will be paid after:

  • Required content has been submitted.
  • Content has been approved.
  • The approved post has been published.
  • Collaboration has been accepted by VIVAZEN.
  • Campaign requirements have been completed.

Content Usage

By participating, you grant VIVAZEN a non-exclusive, worldwide license to repost and use your approved content across VIVAZEN marketing channels, including organic social media, email, website, and paid advertising, for up to twelve (12) months.

Independent Contractor

Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship between you and VIVAZEN.

Termination

VIVAZEN may cancel participation or withhold compensation if campaign requirements are not completed or these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
