Florida Emergency Rule
Florida's August 2025 emergency rule limits 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) in kratom products to ≤400 ppm (0.04% dry-weight basis). The rule requires manufacturers to declare the concentration of 7-OH in products containing kratom.
