    Not fast enough for me, but that's ok

    The capsules VS the relief shot isn't the same fast acting, but still gets the job done. At least for me.

    One shot of the relief is equals to 4 capsules if I'm not mistaken. And the liquid shot works faster.

    But the caps work just as well.

    Good But!?!

    They Most Definitely Help, problem I had is a lot of the liquid with out of the capsule inside the blister pack and I basically had to lick it out... Other than that I'd probably buy more!?!
