    ANOTHER HIDDEN GEM

    I have alternated between the stress relief and the relax and unwind. I have a busy job with a lot of moving parts and pieces and sometimes am looking for that one product that can ease the tension and allow me to wind down after a stressful day.     Affordable kava addition

    This is probably the most affordable way to consume kava shots that I know of. I can't say they have much of an effect on their own (for me), but I do like to use them as a mixer in other drinks.
